SAVE THE DATE for the Digitized Operations for Sustainable Process Industries Pathway Towards INDUSTRY 4.0 organised by MONSOON, with the support of FUDIPO, COPRO and COCOP projects, to be held in Turin (IT) on September 20th 2019.
The workshop will present some results from EU funded projects on digital operations in process industries and focus on plant-wide monitoring and control of data-intensive processes.
The four projects funded under the SPIRE-02-2016 topic will present major objectives and outcomes. A specific focus will be put on MONSOON project that will detail and demonstrate the developed platform supporting online monitoring and predictive approaches. The workshop will include also a poster session where projects working on digitized operations in industry environment will present visions and results. The event will end with a panel session dedicated to the next steps toward full digitization of process operations.

The last 14-15th March our colleagues from MDH and Mälarenergi attended Data Innovation Summit 2019, in order to keep up with the latest technology in Applied Innovation, Analytics and Visualisation, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Management, Data engineering, and IOT insight. FUDIPO apply this innovative technology for the energy and resource efficiency in EU industries.
Our colleagues Tomas Olsson and Mats Tallfors from RISE-SICS presented an example of FUDIPO application to the paper industry at Ekmandagarna 2019 in Stockholm.
